  30.    Counter is the number counter you plan to use.
  31.    Time Left is the time remaining on the tape in minutes.  Most VCR tapes are not exactly 4 hours long.  Measure how long your tapes generally are (tape a channel with a continuous clock) and subtract elapsed time from total time for time remaining.
